White Chocolate-Speculoos-Spread

vegan feast through the advent season

Speculoos is a real treat in the run-up to Christmas. Of course, chocolate has to be included, that’s as clear as day. Our White Chocolate Speculoos Spread shines brightly thanks to iChoc White Vanilla chocolate, which makes the spread wonderfully creamy, sweet and a hint vanilla. There really isn’t much to do: after just three steps and a few minutes, you can start feasting immediately. This recipe is your lickety-split kick-off to Advent…

Ingredients

For 1 jar of spread

  • 2 bars iChoc White Vanilla Chocolate
  • 30 g vegan butter
  • 50 g vegan cream cheese
  • 50 g Speculoos-cookies

How to make it

1.Carefully melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler and stir until everything is well mixed.

2.Add cream cheese to the mixture and stir again until smooth.

3.Crush the speculoos cookies in a blender. Add the chocolate mixture and blend everything into a creamy spread.

Tip:Pour into a clean jar with a screw cap or wire clip and store in the refrigerator. Tastes especially good on freshly baked bread. An additional layer of fruit compote (e.g., plum, cherry, etc.) or jam on top also goes perfectly with this spread.
