Vegan banana sushi

Sweet sushi—no fish needed! Just dip bananas in chocolate and have fun decorating. A total treat for the eyes, and your taste buds will love the classic chocolate-banana combo. Perfect as a cute Valentine’s dessert or a fun showstopper at any party—this easy recipe makes it super simple to get creative.

Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • 2 ripe bananas (but not yet soft)
  • 40 g iChoc "White Vanilla" chocolate
  • 40 g iChoc "Classic" chocolate
  • 2 tbsp crumbled frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • additional decoration as desired, e.g., nuts or chia seeds

How to make it

1. First, melt one of the chocolates in a double boiler.

2. Peel a banana and spread the melted chocolate over it with a spoon. Place on a plate lined with baking paper.

3. Now sprinkle the banana with crumbled raspberries and hemp seeds.

4. Repeat steps 1–3 with the other type of chocolate.

5. Place both bananas in the freezer for 15–30 minutes, then cut them into wide pieces so that they resemble sushi.
