
Moist, nutty and with a hint of chocolate – this banana bread is pure comfort food! Perfect for breakfast, as a snack or when you simply want to treat yourself. Easy to mix, quick to bake – and guaranteed to be devoured in no time!
Ingredients
For a loaf tin or ring cake tin
- 3-4 very ripe bananas
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 100 g ground almonds
- 60 g ground flaxseed
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or as much as you like)
- 1 vanilla pod
- 80 ml oat milk
- 80 ml rapeseed oil
- 80 g iChoc Crunchy Hazelnut Chocolate (1 bar)
- 40 g walnuts
How to make it
1. Mash the bananas, mix with oat milk and oil.
2. Mix the dry ingredients and combine all ingredients to form a dough.
3. Roughly chop the chocolate and walnuts and fold into the mixture.
4. Pour into a loaf tin or ring cake tin and, if desired, sprinkle chopped nuts, chocolate chips and half a chopped banana over the dough.
5. Bake at 180 °C for approx. 45–50 minutes.
