When you look outside and see the drizzly weather, it quickly becomes clear why winter is one of the typical snacking times of the year. But right now, our bodies could really use some energy-rich boosts from almonds or nuts, for example. We have a great recipe for you, with which you can snack healthily. The raw-vegan iChoc pralines can be made in just 5 minutes and are also gluten- and histamine-free.
Ingredients
For 10 pieces
- 3 tbsp Chopped iChoc White Vanilla Chocolate
- 100 g Almonds or macadamia nuts
- 60 g Oatmeal (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/2 tsp ground vanilla
- 1 - 2 tbsp Date or coconut syrup
- 4 tbsp Water
How to make it
1. Place the almonds in a food processor and chop finely.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate, and mix until a firm dough forms.
3. Place the mixture in a bowl and fold in the chopped chocolate. Use your hands to form 10 pralines.
Tip: The pralines will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
