
If you love strawberry “milk,” “milk” shakes, and hot or cold chocolate, you’ve come to the right place today. Just in time for strawberry season, we’re serving up a delicious Pink Latte made with your choice of plant-based milk, smooth iChoc White Vanilla chocolate, and fresh strawberries. Ingredients
For 2 glasses
- 400 ml Plant-based drink
- 50 g iChoc White Vanilla Chocolate
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g ffresh strawberries
- vegan whipped cream (optional)
How to make it
1. Remove the stems from the fresh strawberries, wash them, and dry them with a paper towel.
2. Puree the strawberries and set them aside.
3. Pour the plant-based milk into a pot, add the salt and the chocolate pieces. Melt over medium heat.
4. Once the chocolate has completely melted, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the strawberry puree.
5. Whip some vegan cream to your liking.
6. Pour the Pink Latte into two glasses and top with whipped cream if desired. Serve hot or cold.
