These sweet banana ghosts are the perfect Halloween snack! Covered in white chocolate and decorated with little faces, they’re not only super easy to make but also absolutely delicious. Ideal for any Halloween party or as a fun snack in between.
Ingredients
For 6 banana ghosts
- 3 bananas
- 5 bars iChoc White Vanilla chocolate
- 20 g iChoc Cinnamon Roll chocolate / iChoc Planty Classic chocolate
How to make it
1. Line a baking tray or a plate with parchment paper.
2. Roughly chop the iChoc White Vanilla and carefully melt it over a water bath, stirring occasionally until a smooth mixture forms.
3. Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Then insert a wooden stick into the thicker end of each banana half.
4. Pour the melted white chocolate into a tall, narrow container. Dip each banana into the chocolate until it is completely covered. Let any excess chocolate drip off slightly, then place the bananas onto the prepared parchment paper.
5. Place the bananas in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, until the chocolate has set.
6. Meanwhile, melt the darker chocolate (Cinnamon Roll or Planty Classic). Using a toothpick, wooden skewer, or fine brush, paint little ghost faces onto the bananas
7. Chill again briefly (about 5–10 minutes) until the faces have set.
Tip: Don’t throw away the chocolate, but use it for chocolate-covered grapes, for example.
