A dream of every coconut lover: macaroons. Together with Ivana from veganonmymind, we created some chocolized raspberry macaroons for you. Enjoy!

What you need
for 20 delicious macaroons
> 200 g coconut butter
> 2 tbs shredded coconut
> 1 cup freeeze-dried raspberries
> 1 iChoc „Classic“ chocolate
> 1 tsp vanilla extract
How you create it
– Add 2 tbs of shredded coconut to the coconut butter along with some vanilla extract and crushed raspberries and stir well until all ingredients are blended.
– Scoop the mixture into small macaroons and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Store in the fridge until they are hardened. Afterwards, dip the bottom of each coconut ball in the melted chocolate and return to the parchment paper. Drizzle with the remaining chocolate.
– Keep them in a cool place and enjoy! 🙂
