Recipe: Chocolate Panna cotta with forest fruit

Who is in love with Panna cotta? We are! So it’s about time for a heavenly vegan „White Vanilla“ Panna Cotta with a forest fruit topping, isn’t it? Our gratitude goes to Zuzana from rawielifestyle, who created this yummie treat for us.


What you need

for four servings

> 300ml of plant based cream + 200ml of plant based milk
> 60g of iChoc „White Vanilla“ chocolate + 20g for decoration (1 whole chocolate)
> 10g of vanilla sugar
> 1 tbsp of liquid sweetener (agave, maple syrup, rice syrup..)
> 2.5g of agar agar powder
> Pinch of salt
For the topping
> plant based cream / yogurt, forest fruit, iChoc „White Vanilla“ chocolate
> forest fruit sauce: 100g of mixed forest fruit, 1 tsp of water, 1 tsp of maple syrup
Just bring to boil all the ingredients, let it simmer for 3-5min and turn off the heat.

How you create it

– Start by heating the milk & cream on medium heat
– add chocolate to melt, sugar, liquid sweetener and pinch of salt
– when the chocolate dissolves add agar-agar powder and whisk well. When it starts boiling, build the mixture for 1 min and then turn off the heat
– cool down the mixture to room temperature (mix it from time to time)
– pour it into glasses and let it sit, until it gets firm. Serve with forest fruit sauce, and other toppings of choice
